Speech Rubric

A cubric is scoring guide composed of set criteria used to ex-sluste a students performance, produced and/or project.

Aspect
1. Introduction: Gains the alteration of the audience. Clearly indenifies the topic.
2. Preparation: Completely prepared, has obviouly rehearsed the speech.
3. Enthusiam: Facial expression and body language convey strong enthusiam and interest.
4. Eye Contact: Eye contact with audience virtually all the time ( expector brief glances at notes).
5. Use of Lanuage: Use of lanuage contributes to effectiveness of speech, and vocalized paused ( um, Ugh, er) not distracting.
6. Confidene: Speaks neither too quickly nor too slowly.
7. Carity: Speaks clearly and distinctly all the time, no mispronounced words.
8. Topic: Well focused, creative, and appropriate.
9. Attire: Shirts nearly tucked in pants no distracting jewlery and accecories

Changing the background

*Select color, and then click a color in the list
*Select gradient, and then click a gradient style in the list
3. Click ok

To use an image for the slide background
1. Choose Format ------> page and then click on the background tab
2. In the fill area, select bitmap and then click an image in the list.
3. Click ok

Insecting Pictures
1. Choose insert-----> picture
2. Locate the picture

Technology

Is technology making mankind lazy?
An important point is kind of making it lazy. As evidence technology is much better. In some cases technology is kind of than mankind. After all mankind is us as people and that's a great thing.

I think mankind is kind of lazy, and technology is better for us people. For instance us as people are kind of lazy and with technology it making us even lazyer than we are. Futhermore technology is better but its just making some people not all people a little more lazy than they are. Clearly I'm just saying technology is ok for mankind.

Web pages that use combination of text, images, and sound are interesting than just text is, because it's just plain boring to use text it's just reading. With text, images, and sound is not boring it kind of makes it so exciting.

PRESENTATION are sequence of slides, also called pages screen that usually incorporate text, sound, graphics and animation. The terms presentation here. Refers to a specific kind of multimedia prodution, adigital slide show presentation. Presentation generally have limited amounts of text often written as lists with buliets or symbols in front each point. By animating the text, the information can be viewers one point at a time, with the text moving onto the screen in a variety of ways.


TUTORIALS are popular forms of computer based instruction that teach skills or produres. Tutorals can be used for educational or training purposes. Tutorals generally use all elements of multimedia - text, graphics, sound and videos.

SIMULATION are computer- based models of real life situation. They are often used when the '' real thing'' is dangerous or requires access to locations materials that are not easily accessible to the user.
Simulations are usually interactive. It allows a user choice to affect the outcome of the experience.

Multimedia is a combimation of still and moving images, text and sounds by means of computer technology.
Multimedia is frequently used on the Internet.
Internet is a network of computers all over the world that are conected to each other.
A web page is a location on the Internet.
Words- Pretty much all multimedia projects include words. The words can be written, spoken or sung.Multimedia projects do not always include sound, but generally do include written text. The text might be in the form of paragraphs or it might glide across the display screen.
Images- Multimedia projects nearly always include images. Some images that might appear in a project are: Arawings charts, diagrams, paintings, photographs, buttons and arrows.
Animation is motion of a graphic or text.
Sound- In multimedia live or record sound is referred as audio. Audio in multimedia can take the form of seach, such as voice over narration.
Video consists of live or recorded moving images and is found in many multimedia projects.

I feel great today and a little tired, because I didn't go to sleep on Sunday. Maybe I should of went to sleep yesterday. In addition I might go to sleep early for now on. In fact I think I will start going to sleep early today.

my goals

I think I want to learn more. For instance in the class all we do is do tests. Further more what happened to learning in some of the classes we just talk and in others we just come in the class and do work no lesson is being tought. Clearly i just want to learn a lesson in class. The two days I been hear we didn 't do a lesson all we did was walk in the class room and work work work!!!!!
